Gerry Cote
Appraising since 1983, Gerry has always focused on high quality appraisals in a friendly, service oriented environment. The steady growth of the firm and high client loyalty have continued to prove the effectiveness of his unique approaches. Never more than a phone call away, Gerry prides himself on being accessible to his clients. He and his wife, Mary Jean, have four children all in various sports and arts activities. When not working, or watching kids perform, you’ll find Gerry playing his guitar or slot car racing. Gerry is also a fitness buff and tries to stay in shape now that middle age is here. | |||
Dawn Brown
Dawn has been with Gerald Cote & Associates since 2002. She is the primary “on the phone person”, that our friends and customers love to talk to. Dawn is the best “statustician"” in the appraisal business. When you need to know the status of an appraisal order, Dawn usually has the answer at her finger tips, and if she doesn’t, she will get it for you promptly. Dawn enjoys spending time at home gardening or watching movies with her husband and two children. | |||
Mary Wagener
Mary has been with Gerald Cote & Associates since 1996. She handles appraisal printing, e mails and assists with customer invoicing. Many of you also get to talk to her on the phone and recognize her friendly voice and sense of humor. | |||
Keith Jones
Keith has been with Gerald Cote & Associates since 1995 and has been appraising since 1991. Keith has a wealth of experience, expertise and has seen it all. He now resides in the office as the primary review appraiser, focusing on making sure that we deliver a quality product. Keith graduated from Elmhurst College with a BS degree in Marketing and is married with 5 children, 2 of which he and his wife have recently adopted from Russia. Keith enjoys going to his children’s sporting events and spending quality time with his family. He is also a sports enthusiast as he played hockey in High School and is a big fan of the NFL. Unfortunately he had to suffer through another dismal Bear season (1987-2003). | |||
Janet Kuszynski
Janet was an appraiser with Gerald Cote & Associates from 1993 to 2000, then she took a three-year sabbatical to work at the Lake Zurich School District. Back in 2003 Janet got the bug to return to Gerald Cote & Associates. If you need help with any appraisal follow-up, such as extra comps, addendums, etc., Janet is the one who will assist you. With her broad geographical and technical knowledge, she is an expert in her craft, and takes pride in quickly taking care of your appraisal needs. Here in the office she is affectionately know as "The Detective". Janet and her husband, Joe, reside in the Lake Zurich area and have two grown children. In her spare time, Janet likes to spend time with family and is an avid reader and a member of a book club. | |||
Tessa Kingsmill
Tessa has been a residential appraiser with Gerald Cote & Associates, Inc., since 1998. Having entered into her appraising career in 1990, she has a great deal of experience in residential properties in the Chicagoland Area. She is a wonderful example of a great appraiser, always providing a high quality product with excellent service. Tessa graduated in 1982 from Northern Illinois University, with a degree in marketing. Tessa also assists Gerry in marketing and public relations with new and existing customers. At home she keeps busy with her three children and enjoys running, biking and traveling. | |||
Donna Breit
Donna has been with Gerald Cote & Associates since 1997. She handles appraisal printing and e-mails. She also prepares postcards of the subject properties on purchases at the lender’s request. On occasion, you will get to experience Donna’s pleasant voice on the phone as well. Donna and her husband, John, and their daughter, Carolyn, reside in Palatine, IL. Donna enjoys extensive camping trips with her family and friends in the Wisconsin Dells area. |
